As I am sure we are all aware, Covid-19 has thrown everyone and everything for a loop in 2020. Especially when it comes to manufacturing. Whether it’s delays in made to order or print on demand items, or full on stops because factories have shifted all efforts toward PPE orders and thus fashion and other fulfillment is understandably on hold. These delays, while not ideal, do make sense. Much of it is to keep the people working on products safe, as well as making sure you receive a product that has been created in a safe environment.
At the moment Moto Muse is only offering print to order pieces, like our t-shirts. That means then when you order it, the factory prints a shirt just for you and sends it off as soon as possible! This does however mean that we are experiencing delays in fulfillment as well as sometimes hitting delays with the post office. Your product is still being made and sent to you as safely and quickly as possible. We just ask that you be patient as it could take up to 12 days to receive your order.
